Testing by Ronnie Ruiz, a researcher with Chanson Water USA (www.chansonwater.com), manufacturer of water ionizers, has changed all that. Ruiz found that the electrical energy in alkaline ionized water donates its electrons right back into the produce - causing it to have measurably more negative ORP and antioxidants than before it had been placed in the ionized water.
